By accessing or using miro-investments.com, our trading platform or any related service you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to a product or feature. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must not use our services.

To open an account you must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity in your country of residence and not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which the use of our services would be prohibited by applicable law or sanctioned by international regulators. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information during registration and for keeping that information up to date. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, enable available security features such as multi-factor authentication and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms. You will not engage in market manipulation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer or scrape our platform, or use the services to launder funds or finance illegal activity. You will not use automated trading systems that introduce undue load on our infrastructure without prior written approval.

Trading financial instruments — including foreign exchange, contracts for difference, cryptocurrencies, commodities and derivatives — involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Leveraged products can magnify both gains and losses, and you may lose some or all of the funds deposited with MIRO. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite before trading and seek independent financial advice where appropriate. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Applicable spreads, commissions, swap rates, withdrawal fees and other charges are set out in the Fee Schedule and may be updated from time to time. You authorize MIRO to deduct applicable fees from your account. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to identity verification and applicable AML procedures, and may be delayed or rejected where we have reasonable grounds for concern.

All content on our platform — including software, logos, trademarks, market data, charts, analytics and written content — is owned by MIRO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal trading. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, exposed MIRO to legal or regulatory risk, or if termination is required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of any open positions and applicable AML record-keeping.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MIRO and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill — arising out of your use of or inability to use our services. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you to MIRO in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or by email and take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
